I grew frustrated and dissapointed at the amount of useless and bloated commercial software available in the interwebs, so I started using freeware almost exclusively. Everytime I had a need to do X or Y operation I would go out and comb the intertubes until I could find a free or nearly free program, service or procedure to accomplish my goals.
My computer couldn’t be happier, so I thought I would share some of the free programs that I have been using for the past few years (or months depending on how late I discovered them). Enjoy! and if you know of any software that is ‘a must’ and I have not mentioned, do feel free to send me a message with the name/link.
Notice that I mostly review programs or games that I personally find interesting and useful. Unlike many other freeware sites, I do not try to cram this site with every piece of free software out there. Instead I find quality programs and take my time reviewing them.
